CAPTAINS SHOULD NOTE

Teams go the the city with their spring roster - qualified team rosters are frozen after week 4.  Captains should make sure their rosters are in order by week 4 and carefully read the information below so as to not lose qualification. 

These are APA rules - written in stone - not negotiable for any reason.

In order for players to advance to higher level competition they must meet certain criteria.

- All players on a qualified team must have at least 10 league match scores in the format in which they are advancing.  Team rosters are frozen after week 4 of the Spring Session - roster changes may be made during weeks 1 through 4 but any player added MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10 SCORES in the format in which they will be playing before they can be added to that qualified team; HOWEVER, players with LESS THAN 20 SCORES MUST HAVE LO APPROVAL before being added.

- Must advance with the highest session ending handicap while playing on a qualified team

- Qualified teams must have at least 4 original members from the session they qualified

- Players must have played at last 4 matches on their qualified team in the Spring Session

- Players must have 4 matches in the current session to participate in that sessions playoffs

- Players must maintain current APA membership status

- Must be on a team that has at least 4 original members from the session that said team qualified

CAPTAINS OF QUALIFIED TEAMS WHO HAVE ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD CALL THE LOCAL APA OFFICE ASAP
