DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHER LEAGUES WHO MAKE PROMISES
The APA has been/and is the governing body of amateur pool in the U.S., Canada and Japan -
there is a reason for this and for their success and why the best players play APA.
The APA has the only handicapped system that has been tried and tested for years and there is none better - many try to copy it - none can. We have the only system where all skill levels can compete successfully against each other.
If you would like more infomation on the APA and why it is the BEST league play available to amateur players feel free to call our office.

What's Inside:
Everyone Plays Pool In The APA.... Talk to your friends, neighbors, and co-workers. You'll find that they either play in the APA or know someone who does. It'll surprise you! Clerks, secretaries, janitors, lawyers, chiropractors, doctors, waitresses, truck drivers, bank tellers, and even school teachers ... all play pool in the APA Pool League. Over one fourth of APA members are female.
The APA is the World's Largest Amateur Pool League with more members than all other amateur leagues combined. Nationally, the APA currently boasts over 250,000 members (and growing). Think you're not good enough to play in the APA? Consider this: 75% of APA members are beginner to intermediate players, meaning you don't have to be a Pool Pro to play. And with the APA's Equalizer® Handicap System everyone has a nearly equal chance of winning.

CAPTAINS OF QUALIFIED TEAMS
If you have any questions about the Spring session and how it affects qualified teams - any specifics on players matches or rosters and cannot find or understand them on this website,
PLEASE call the office and ask
- do not risk losing your qualification because you do not understand something.
Rules for qualifed teams are not local but come from the APA and are "written in stone" and we can do nothing to help you after the fact so don't hesitate to call.
REMEMBER, REMEMBER, REMEMBER
Rosters of qualified teams are frozen after week 4
- be sure you have solidified your team by then and that you have at least 4 ORIGINAL MEMBERS. We try to check each team in the office but don't want anyone to "slip through the cracks".
New players added to qualified teams must have at least 10 lifetime matches in the format they are being added - if you have added a NEW player to your qualified team who has under 10 matches
you NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE.

They try to copy it but the Equalizer is the only proven system. We offer play for the beginner to the best in many venues and many formats.
